Please note this agreement constitutes a contract to purchase the piece of jewellery you have commissioned. Should the piece not meet your expectations I am happy to discuss buy back options or refunds with you on the above number. The total balance for the pieve if payable within 7 days of receipt of goods. All workmanship is covered by my 1-year repair guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights.
