Bespoke Service Cast Study
The first stage in my bespoke service is the design.
After the initial idea from the client I make a collection of
design drawings for them to look at and choose from.
We then discuss any changes or modifications the client
might require. I draw up the final design* and quote for the item as
agreed upon. The client then fills in a commission form and pays
in full to officially confirm and place the order.

The next stage in the process is to start the making of the piece.
During the production of the piece I take pictures of every
stage of making. I put them together into a booklet which I give to
the client with the gift packed piece.
Each commissioned piece is placed in elegant black packaging
and is accompanied by the making of booklet and a cleaning
cloth with care instructions. Smaller items are put inside an
organza bag.
Each gift box is 100% recycled.
